Dr. Drori is a graduate of Yeshiva Shavei Hevron and Yeshivat Ha’golan in Hispin (Golan Heights).

Trained as an organizational and occupational psychologist, after completing his compulsory military service, as a reservist Dr. Drori was appointed as the recruitment psychologist for the IDF’s elite units in the paratroopers’ brigade. In this capacity, for the past ten years, he has served as a psychologist in assessment centers of the Behavioral Science Unit of the IDF, dealing with officers’ promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Prior to his appointment at the College of Law and Business, Dr. Drori was employed as a researcher at the Ofek Institute of Management and as a team leader at Pareto Strategies. He accumulated extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies and marketing research for firms and economic enterprises.
