Iddo Porat, College of Law & Business Crowdsourcing and the Wisdom of the Crowd

Iddo Porat is an associate professor of law at the College of Law and Business. He specializes in constitutional law, comparative constitutional law, and legal theory.

 

Porat has published two books, both by Cambridge University Press: Proportionality and Constitutional Culture (co-authored with Moshe Cohen-Eliya, 2013) and Towering Judges: A Comparative Study of Constitutional Judges (co-edited with Rehan Abeyratne, forthcoming 2021). His articles appear in leading journals, such as the American Journal of Comparative Law, Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, and Toronto Law Journal

 

Porat was a Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School during the year 2017 and a visiting professor at San Diego Law School during the year the year 2008-9. He taught among other places in Melbourne, San Diego, and Singapore
